Retro: PR #1712 — Trivial bot dependency bump reviewed and autoclosed

This PR was a MintMaker/Renovate-generated k8s.io/utils digest bump (go.mod + go.sum only). The review agent ran for ~5.5 minutes using the opus model, loaded all 3 review skills (pr-review, code-review, docs-review), approved with "Looks good to me", and applied ready-for-merge. The PR was then autoclosed ~36 hours later by Renovate (superseded by a newer update). The retro agent was triggered on close.

Token and time cost: The review agent spent ~2m44s of opus inference time plus ~2m42s of infrastructure overhead to produce a one-line approval for a change that was never merged. The retro agent (this run) adds further cost analyzing a workflow with no meaningful agent-human interaction.
